後期の Mac Pro から、BootCamp 中に Windows Vista x64 Edition のドライバが確認されたとのことです。

どの機種でもというわけではないらしく，先日発表された新しいMac Proのインストーラディスクに入ってるものに，64-bit Windows Vistaのドライバが確認されたそうです．

Important: You must use a single full-install Windows installation disc (Service Pack 2 is required for Windows XP installations). Do not use an upgrade version of Windows and do not install an earlier version of Windows XP and attempt to update it later to SP2 or later. Use only 32-bit versions of Windows. If you have a Mac Pro introduced in late 2007 or later, you can use a 64-bit version of Windows Vista.

てことで、id:shiba-yan も安心して Mac Pro を買えますね。メデタシ。

ちなみに、MACお宝鑑定団にもあるとおり、2008/01/23付けで現行機種の整備済み iMac、Mac mini、MacBook Pro、MacBook が Special Deals で販売されてます。
そろそろ、45nm Penryn コア採用の iMac、Mac mini 等が出る頃かもしれないですね。

しかし、なんで Harpertown 搭載の Mac Pro だけ発表が早かったんでしょうかね。
やっぱり、Macworld Expo 直前だから急いだんですかね。
